How did you get into yoga?
I attended my first yoga class when I was 16. However, yoga only became really important to me a few years later, in a phase of life that was very loud and confused. Yoga taught me to stop and gave me a safe place.
Why I love teaching yoga?
True to the motto: I learn from my students, my students learn from me, every lesson is full of inspiration and new experiences.
My favorite asana:

How did you get into yoga:
I have practiced yoga since I was a child. At that time my focus was more on the physical asanas. During my youth I developed other interests until at the age of 21 I found my way back to yoga. Since then, my physical practice has accompanied me again. However, for some time now I have been getting more and more involved with the spiritual aspects of yoga, with meditation and quieting my thoughts and mind. In January 2023 I completed my 200h Hatha Vinyasa training and I am very happy that
I was accepted into the team at Clari and Pratiush.
Why I love teaching yoga: Teaching yoga is a very valuable experience for me in many ways: Due to the many environmental influences, stress, obligations, comparisons and evaluations from outside, we often forget ourselves and what is good for us . I find teaching yoga classes and accompanying the students on their way to themselves particularly fascinating. Acceptance of one's own (physical) limits and freedom from values are particularly important to me.
Favorite Asana: My favorite asanas include arm balances, such as the firefly
(Titibhasana) or The Crow (Bakasana) :)
